Production Introduction

nobel scanbody we produce has been developed and upgraded new version based on our current chirimen brand PEEK titanium intra oral scanbody. It is upgraded with 5 grade titanium materials on the basis of high temperature, high pressure and non-spray. Compared with the two-stage PEEK scanbody, It is totally a new one-stage improvement scanbody which does not have the indexing error of the two-stage parts assembly, and it is more accurate and upgraded!

Nobel Scanbody is a dental implant abutment system used in dentistry to accurately replicate the shape of the patient's tooth root and surrounding gum tissue. It enables precise and efficient implant placement using digital scanning technology. The scanbody is placed onto the implant site and scanned using an intraoral scanner, which creates accurate 3D images that are used to design and fabricate custom abutments and restorations. This technology increases the accuracy of the implant placement and reduces the time required to complete the implant procedure, resulting in a more efficient and comfortable experience for the patient and the dentist.

Scanbody has also been added with anti-corrosion, wear-resistant and oxidation-resistant titanium nitride coating and sandblasting process, it ensure non-deformation under frequently high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, which’s also greatly increases the service life.

And the nobel scanbody can easily obtain accurate data for 90% of domestic and foreign brands after thousands of intra oral scanner tests in the laboratory.
