1.Secure the scan body

After the implant surgery, the matching scan body is secured to the implant with a screwdriver. straumann scan body 3shape is available for all major implant systems.

2.Scan the straumann scan body 3shape

Determine implant position and orientation with an intraoral scanner. Have the option to verify the seating with X-ray scan.

3.Send to lab

When all your data is captured, you send the order form to your preferred lab. Because labs can freely choose a library, there is no more confusion around compatibility between scan bodies and libraries.

4.Place restoration

After receiving the end-product, you can place the restoration being confident that it will fit the implant to the millimeter.
