neoss scanbody is a cylindrical structure cut by PMMA material. The top of the scanner body is cut from top to bottom into a three-dimensional triangular structure and a triangular prism structure. A chimera corresponding to the titanium base mechanism is arranged in the bottom of the scanner rod body. Suitable for intraoral or extraoral use with a scanner. Required when working in the digital workflow. Digital implant scanbody

Most implant brands have developed intraoral scanpost to transfer implant specifications, positioning, and alignment to the lab's CAD software by scanbody.

Once received in the Dental System CAD software, the system selects the appropriate abutment database allowing the technician to design the implant restoration and manufacture the abutment and crown.

However, traditionally, each company manufactures specific scan bodies for its own database, which in many cases creates difficulties in the exchange of data between the clinic and the laboratory that manufactures the implant restorations.

A common problem is data exchange between dentists and technicians, especially their inability to share the entire clinical data for a comprehensive clinical picture.

For an example, when a dentist scans an implant with a scan body and sends it to the laboratory, but the laboratory may not have the required data, parts (eg implant analogs) or access to the scan body database.

The whole process is somewhat challenging, so it is critical that the dentist and technician communicate clearly before the implant scanning. In particular, at the final design and restoration manufacturing stages

Using Scanbody is simple and efficient. Before the dental implant procedure, install the Scanbody on the implanted dental fixture within the patient's alveolar bone. Ensure a secure connection and precise alignment. Next, use an appropriate digital scanner to perform a scan of the patient's oral cavity, capturing the accurate position of the Scanbody and the surrounding dental socket morphology. After the scanning process, import the digital data into computer software for subsequent design and manufacturing work.

Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

A: Our factory located in Shenzhen, which is the Hi-Tech developed costal city in southern of China, nearby HongKong and Guangzhou. Half of an hour to HK or Guangzhou by High Railway, or flight to Baoan International Airport. Welcome to our factory for visiting.
