Production Introduction

elos scan body nobel active is in application for the intra oral scanning to take digital impression data, it is made in China.  It's gingival height is 1mm, 3mm, 5mm,  and Spray-free.

elos scan body nobel active is made of plastic and titanium materials. We have CE certification and ship to Europe area, and for intra-oral scan use.  And it is compatible for zimmer, osstem, dentium, hiossen, megagen, straumann, Nobel...etc over 30 different systems.  and the delivery time is 5 working days.

Functions:

The function is equivalent to the transfer rod used in traditional implantation and impression taking. Some brands can be used independently, and some need to be used together with the scanning cap. It is usually made of metal or PEEK material, which can be sterilized at a high level. After repeated use, it will wear and affect the accuracy. It needs to be used according to the manufacturer's recommendation.

It is assembled together with Tibase or scanpost, and its specific geometric shape is recognized by the software to determine the position of the implant in the oral cavity in the digital model. It is usually made of PEEK material and is disposable. But the installation method is very important

Ti base

Connect the implants and restorations to form a personalised abutment or one-piece crown, and It can also act as a personalised healing cap and can also as a scanbody function on the model.

Why sometimes the lab says it can't read your data?

This is because the design software in the lab does not recognize the scan body you are using, so you need to know what design software is used by the lab you are working with? Just use the scanbody that the software recognizes, and then match the implant model you are using.

Design:

The surface is fully chamfered to avoid system matching errors caused by the inaccurate imaging when the scanning the right angles. 

The interface and thread are made of metal material to ensure accurate assembly, and it is not easy to wear after repeated insertion and removal. The outer surface is made of non-metallic material, suitable for all scanner light sources, and can be clearly imaged without powder spraying
