core3d scan bodies are with CE certificated Digital Dentistry Full mouth bridge spray-free durable hybrid scan maker.  

core3d scan bodies are made of Gr5 titanium and a minimum of 6mm working height. With crown stick on top titanium base, the deviation is 0.01mm, and digital library with EXO/ 3 shape. Result in STL.format. Non-sterilized, High-temperature sterilization is required before use.                  

core3d scan bodies can be used for the Fabrication of temporary restorations:

Chairside CAD/CAM:

Remove the implant healing abutment, insert the scanning rod and scan the body, and confirm that they are in place. Use an intraoral scanner scan to obtain the three-dimensional position of the scan body. Use chairside digital design software to design temporary restorations, including trimming the intraoral scanning model, obtaining implant position information, marking the position of the gingival margin of the gingival part of the restoration, automatically generating a crown, and using the built-in tools in the software to fine-tune the restoration position. The crown and transgingival contours are finely shaped and smoothed by hand. Send the designed restoration information to the cutting machine to complete digital processing
