The operator made personalized abutments by compounding cast ceramics on the surface of conventional castable metal abutments and completed the casting of all-ceramic outer crowns to improve the phenomenon of "black penetration" in the neck of the teeth. Gingival porcelain repairs the missing gingival papilla, and the anatomical morphology of the crown and periodontal tissue of the implant denture is well reproduced. Results: After 3 months to 2 years of follow-up observation, 18 individualized composite cast porcelain abutment restorations were not damaged during the observation period, the gums were healthy, and no gingival recession and peri-implantitis occurred. The cast-ceramic composite abutments and cast all-ceramic crowns ideally correct the aesthetic deficiencies of the aforementioned patient's implant dentures.
