Our titanium bases are to improve the work’s aesthetic. They are to be used with Cad-Cam structures made of Zirconium, metal and PMMA, in order to provide solutions to the individual or multiple prosthesis which need to rectify the entry of the screw due to an unfavorable position of the implants. Our titanium bases protect and improve the adjustment of the prosthetic part with the screw and also the structure with the titanium implant. Breaking failures of the zirconium structures are reduced and the passive fit in metal structures is improved, so it is possible to correct the screw entry in both cases.

Dentsply sirona tibase is a technological contribution to the digital treatment for the angled systems development using CAD-CAM: the Chirimen System includes the Chirimen TiBase, the Chirimen screw-screwdriver set, scanbodies and digital libraries available for the main CAD softwares on the market: Exocad, 3Shape, Dentalwings and Dental Cad. And it offers different gingival heights for cases that gingival margins are at differents levels.

It also offers the possibility to work with different cement heights: 5, 7 or 9mm. It is specially designed for the cases that require higher height. In this way, a greater support surface is achieved, the structure is stronger and more resistant so structure breaks by height decompensation between the TiBase and the structure are avoided.
