Production Introduction

PREMILL BLANK 14MM is cut from medical Titanium alloy or Ti bar, which can be made for Premilled Abutment Blank, Titanium Blanks, and Dental Implant Pre-Milled Abutment. The advantage of titanium and its alloys as dental materials is can meet medical-grade standards in various degrees. The clinically applied dental materials mainly include precious metal alloys, Co-Cr ally, Ni-Cr alloy, stainless steel, titanium, and its alloy, Among these dental materials, only titanium and its alloys can adapt to the extremely harsh application conditions as dental materials in the most extent. For example, the hardness and deformation of pure titanium are closer to human natural teeth, which make a good chewing feeling. The corrosion resistance of titanium and its alloys is higher than that of cobalt-based alloys and stainless steel. All these indicate that titanium and its alloys as dental materials have incomparable advantages over other dental materials. 

PREMILL BLANK 14MM has been designed to perfectly fit this model. You will find it available in three different diameters and materials (titanium and chrome-cobalt alloy).

CHEMICAL COMPOSITION

The chemical composition of the PREMILL BLANK 14MM shall comply with GB / T3620.1, and the hydrogen content in pure titanium, TC4, and tc4eli shall not be less than 0.010%. When the demander rechecks, the allowable deviation of chemical composition shall comply with GB / T3620.2

PROPERTIES

The mechanical properties of the product shall be tested on the sample blank after heat treatment. The recommended heat treatment system of the sample is: pure titanium 550 ℃ ~ 750 ℃, TC4, tc4eli, and TC20 alloy 700 ℃ ~ 850 ℃, heat preservation for 0.5h ~ 3H, air cooling, and vacuum annealing can also be adopted for the coil wire. The supplier can adjust the heat treatment system appropriately.
